Our Story

“From young ages, we have always felt a pull towards ministry, a desire to serve God and others. Growing up with a Christian Mother and being actively involved in church, we witnessed the impact of faith on individuals and the community, which further solidified our calling." 

While serving in various ministry roles, we felt a growing burden for the unchurched in our community. We envisioned a church that was welcoming, relevant, bible based and focused on practical application of faith, leading us to plant upper room deliverance ministries.

We began by meeting at a local church on Sunday Evenings, facing the challenge of limited resources and community awareness. There were moments of discouragement, but we persevered, trusting in God's guidance. We were led to a storefront building where we eventually began our Sunday morning services.

Over the years, Upper Room Deliverance Ministries has grown from a small group to a thriving community of believers. We've seen countless lives transformed by the Gospel, and we've expanded our reach through various community initiatives. It's been an incredible journey of faith, and we are humbled to be a part of it. We are passionate about seeing lives changed by the love and power of Christ, and we are excited about the future God has for Upper Room Deliverance Ministries.
